Recently, we polled the participants of the CNAA – What topics/challenges would you like to hear about from other Catholic Administrators? The overall responses centered around COVID. This pandemic has tested our faith, our leadership, and our athletes. Maneuvering state and federal guidelines to keep your team safe have been a challenge. Some of us are still fully remote, some have progressed to a hybrid, and others have graduated to a full campus, including playing sports.
More so now than ever before, we find ourselves collaborating and finding out how coaches and athletic teams connect with their athletes during these unprecedented times. Sharing our learnings (the good and the bad) will help us all to push forward. We have already seen the benefits of connecting with many of you through our Zoom meetings. The engagement we have been a part of is phenomenal. We are all in this together, I hope you can join us in our November Virtual Retreat.
Let’s Move Forward Together!
